Hard to believe that we are already more than a month into 2023 and time continues to clip along at an unbelievable pace. It was good to spend a bit of time with you at our recent all-employee meetings, and I am hopeful that each of you found some value in them. As we move through 2023, Thomas E Strauss, Inc. will focus intently on a few goals that we all play a role in. 

One of our most aggressive goals this year will revolve around increasing the tenure of our colleagues. This involves many factors including strong training, and creating an exceptional and a welcoming environment for all. The responsibility of welcoming environment lies with all of us, and I am personally asking for your assistance in continuing to learn and live our mission and values. 

Our mission, to make people feel valued, is or should be at the core of everything we do. This would be followed closely by our values of diversity, integrity, excellence, accountability, community and, my favorite, FUN. I am so serious about our mission and values that I want you to keep us posted about how we are doing as a company – are we walking the line or are we just talking about it? Help keep us all on task by letting us know when we are doing well and when we are not. A successful outcome will take all of us working together. I know we can do it.

It is my sincere hope that each and every one of you have a GREAT 2023 with only good things happening for you. However, if things go awry, know  your TES, Inc. family is here to support you.
